I’ve come close to killing my PC’s a few times, and while I’m willing to hand wave a lot of rules I don’t want to accidentally kill my PC’s due to a rules fail so I decided to nail the rules of death and dying as much as I could.

Being a programmer I struggle with the prose style of some rules so I decided to translate the “Injury and Death” section of the CRB into something more algorithmic and ended up with the following flow chart to consult whenever a player hits zero HP.

It has a number of entry conditions across the top and you follow it from there answering each section or taking the the action.

Green lines mean yes/action taken and red lines mean no/action not taken.

A lot of the healing options are optional, as even if you have resolve points or a medic nearby you/they can chose to let you die.

For the finale session of my Starfinder groups play through Dead Suns:Temple Of The Twelve I put together a little audio production with my daughter.

Its a kind of vision the party has which gives them an info dump about the Temples past, rather than just reading the books in the temple sanctum. Lots of credit of course goes to the fine folks over at the Cosmic Crit podcast who I totally ripped this entire idea and plot from (Episode 27: the Shape of Slaughter)

Some background audio used is taken from the awesome app Syrinscape.

What could possibly be better than Lego and @officialpaizo Pathfinder? Why of course the two together… Lego Pathfinder!

Unfortunately it doesn’t exist, but I’m not the sort to let my old foe reality get in my way, so with Hells Vengeance recent volumes by @wesschneider and Thurston Hillman still fresh in my mind, I came up with an awesome non-existent gift for my upcoming birthday.

Behold the totally unofficial imaginary awesomeness of the Lego Pathfinder Hells Vengeance Adventure Playset!

The box art also contains some imagery on the sides from my previous post on The Glorious Reclamation.

Of course if you don’t have enough imaginary dollars or gold pieces to pretend to buy the full set, why not pick up an imaginary mini-fig poly-bag instead!

With Captain America Civil War only mere weeks away from release, the emotion is high in my household. So to help ramp the feels up even higher for myself and my significant other @pixiezilla I made this remix of the trailer.

Behold! The Captain America Civil War Maximum Feels Remix! (SPOILER ALERT: Has spoilers from the comic which may or may not come to pass in the movie)

REJOICE O’ FAITHFUL OF IOMEDAE!

THE GLORIOUS RECLAMATION IS AT HAND!

I was reading through the first instalment of the Hells Vengeance adventure path recently from @officialpaizo and decided that the Glorious Reclamation needed some love, what with those scoundrels and ne’er do wells out to get them, so here are some posters to lift up the hearts of the Inheritors champions.

The quotes on the posters are from the most excellent Inner Sea Gods.

The old paper poster is perhaps pasted up in towns across Cheliax by the rabble rousing Iomedaen faithful, which no doubt your scurrilous players can tear down, rip up, and stamp into the ground with their big evil Thrune loving boots!

At the end we have a picture of the Church of Iomedae in Longacre, outside of which Sword Knight Allamar delivers her sermon of righteous deliverance unto the ears of the foul odious malcontents that are your players.

Thanks to ftourini for providing the old paper stock used above, and the original Sword of Iomedae was taken from Paizo’s Community Use Package

If like me you’ve recently read Bloodbound by @wesschneider or the Ustalav Campaign Setting, you are no doubt familiar with Ailson Kindler, the fictional author whose work is famous throughout the Inner Sea.

You may even have wished you could lay your hands upon one of her tomes of horror, and if so your wish has come true! Behold the covers of two of her greatest works.

Should you wish to bring these to your game table as a prop, then just print out the full dust covers complete with spine, and wrap them around an existing book trimming to size!

If you want just the poster size version here they are too. Enjoy!

Also for no reason whatsoever they are shown also in a Caliphas book shop
